We are excited to again announce tourney information for teams interested in the AdBuC 2012.
Details about the tourney and weekend
Place - Coolangatta - Gold Coast - QLD - Australia
Dates - January 28-29, 2012 (NB Australia public holiday is Thursday 26th)
Format - 5-5 Mixed Beach Ultimate. 2 guys and 2 girls with offence deciding the sex of the 5th player
Team Size - Uncapped this year but 10 is a nice round number.
Tourney Size - Capped at 8 teams for now - on 2 fields of golden sand
Team Fee - $300 (early rego only $200*)
Player Fee - $55 max / player
Tourney time line
Saturday 28th - Pool play, beach play and ocean play
Saturday night - (Optional) Dinner and Dance
Sunday 29th - Cross-over and play-off games and a separate final

Monday 5 December 2010 - Rego for AdBuC 2011 opens (at NOON QLD time)
Friday 23 December 2010 - *Early Rego Discount Ends
Tuesday 3 January 2011 - Player fees to be paid in one team transfer (don't
spend all your money during Christmas and New Year)
Wednesday 11 January 2011 - Rego for AdBuC 2011 closes

Ask your mates (no all star teams please)
Register on the afda site after rego opens and deposit the relevant team fee into the tourney account (only refunded if we can fill your team spot)

After the first fully rego'd 8 teams are added to the adbuc website - other teams will be placed on a waiting list to either replace any of the orginal 8 teams or be first in line for any extra spots in this year's tourney
